Returns You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact our support team at u1397164090@gmail.com with your order number. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your return. Your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

• Timeline: While we aim to process refunds as soon as we receive your return, please allow up to 14 days from the date you notified us of your return for the funds to appear.

• Exceptions: Please note that items customized to your specifications or those categorized as perishable cannot be returned.
